“Төрөөс эрдэс баялгийн салбарт баримтлах бодлого батлах тухай” УИХ-ын тогтоолыг баталлаа

Улсын Их Хурлын чуулганы /2014.01.16/ үдээс өмнөх хуралдаанаар "Төрөөс эрдэс баялгийн салбарт баримтлах бодлого батлах тухай” Улсын Их Хурлын тогтоолын төслийн эцсийн хэлэлцүүлгийг үргэлжлүүлж, зарчмын зөрүүтэй саналын томьёоллоор санал хураалт явуулж дууссаны дараа Байнгын хорооны саналаар тогтоолын төслийг бүхэлд нь батлах саналыг хуралдаанд оролцсон гишүүдийн 86.8 хувийн саналаар дэмжлээ. Ингэснээр "Төрөөс эрдэс баялгийн салбарт баримтлах бодлого батлах тухай” Улсын Их Хурлын тогтоолын төсөл батлагдав.

Үүний дараа Эрүүгийн хуульд нэмэлт, өөрчлөлт оруулах тухай, Эрүүгийн байцаан шийтгэх хуульд нэмэлт, өөрчлөлт оруулах тухай, Орлогыг нь тухай бүр тодорхойлох боломжгүй ажил, үйлчилгээ хувиараа эрхлэгч иргэний орлогын албан татварын тухай хуульд өөрчлөлт оруулах тухай хуулийн төслүүдийн эцсийн хэлэлцүүлгийг хийв.

 

Хууль зүйн байнгын хорооны танилцуулгыг Улсын Их Хурлын гишүүн Д.Батцогт танилцууллаа. Танилцуулгатай холбогдуулан асуулт асуух гишүүд гараагүй тул зарчмын зөрүүтэй саналын томьёоллоор санал хураалт явууллаа. Санал хураалтын явцад гишүүд асуулт асууж хариулт авав.

Зарчмын зөрүүтэй саналаар санал хураалт явуулж дууссаны дараа Байнгын хорооны саналаар хуулийн төсөл тус бүрээр санал хураалт явуулав. Ингэснээр Эрүүгийн хуульд нэмэлт, өөрчлөлт оруулах тухай хуулийн төсөл 79,2 хувийн саналаар, Эрүүгийн байцаан шийтгэх хуульд нэмэлт, өөрчлөлт оруулах тухай хуулийн төсөл 79,2 хувийн саналаар, Орлогыг нь тухай бүр тодорхойлох боломжгүй ажил, үйлчилгээ хувиараа эрхлэгч иргэдийн орлогын албан татварын тухай хуульд өөрчлөлт оруулах тухай хуулийн төсөл 75,5 хувийн саналаар тус тус дэмжигдсэнээр мөнгө угаахтай холбоотой гурван хуулийн төсөл батлагдлаа гэж Улсын Их Хурлын Тамгын газрын Хэвлэл мэдээлэл, олон нийттэй харилцах хэлтсээс мэдээлэв.
