Энэхүү хэлэлцүүлэг нь уул уурхайн салбарын талаар олон нийтэд бодит ойлголт өгөх, салбарын хөгжлийн хэтийн төлөв, бүтээмж ба өрсөлдөх чадварыг хэрхэн дээшлүүлэх, мөн 2025 он хүртэлх бодлогыг тодорхойлох зорилготой аж. Хэлэлцүүлэг нийт дөрвөн хэсэгтэй байх бөгөөд хуралдаанаас гарсан нийт зөвлөмжүүдийг нэгтгэсэн нэгдсэн хуралдаан, хэлэлцүүлэг болох юм. Хуралд Монгол Улсын Ерөнхий сайд Н.Алтанхуяг оролцох бөгөөд голлох илтгэлийг Уул уурхайн сайд Д.Ганхуяг "Эрдэс баялгийн салбарын эрх зүйн орчин ба хөгжлийн стратеги” гэсэн сэдвээр илтгэл тавих аж.

 

Харин салбар хуралдаанууд болох "Эрдэс баялгийн салбараас Монгол Улсын нийгэм, эдийн засагт үзүүлж буй нөлөөлөл”, "Эрдэс баялгийн салбар ба хүний эрх, хүрээлэн буй орчин”, "Эрдэс баялгийн салбар ба олон нийтийн оролцоо орон нутгйн хөгжил”, "Эрдэс баялгийн салбарын бүтээмж, өрсөлдөх чадвар” гэсэн сэдвүүдэд тус тус хэлэлцүүлэг болох юм. Эдгээр хэлэлцүүлгийн голлох илтгэлийг УИХ-ын гишүүн, Эдийн засгийн байнгын хорооны дарга Б.Гарамгайбаатар, УИХ-ын гишүүн, Байгаль орчин, хүнс, хөдөө аж ахуйн байнгын хорооны дарга Г.Баярсайхан, "Энержи Ресурс” ХХК-ийн гүйцэтгэх захирал Г.Батцэнгэл, Монголын экспортлогчдын холбооны ерөнхийлөгч Д.Галсандорж нар салбар хуралдааны илтгэлүүдийг тавих юм.
