Энэхүү хугацаанаас өмнө Хувь нийлүүлэгчдийн хооронд шийдэлд хүрээгүй үлдсэн асуудлуудыг эцэслэхгүй бол далд уурхайн бүтээн байгуулалтын ажил дахин хойшилж болзошгүйг "Turquoise Hill Resources” мэдэгдсэн билээ.
