“Оюутолгой” компани 2013 онд 90 сая ам.долларын алдагдал хүлээжээ"Turquoise Hill Resources” компанийн мэдээлснээр 2013 онд "Оюу Толгой” компани 26.4 мянган тонн зэсийн баяжмал борлуулж, 55 сая ам.долларын орлоготой ажилласан байна.

 

Харин "Рио Тинто” компанийн мэдээлснээр "Оюу Толгой” компани 90 сая ам.долларын алдагдал хүлээсэн байна. Түүнчлэн "Оюу Толгой” компанийн хөрөнгө зарцуулалтын хэмжээ 2012 оноос гурав дахин буурч 749 сая ам.доллар болсныг "Рио Тинто” компаниас мэдээлжээ. "Оюу Толгой”-н далд уурхайг санхүүжүүлэх хүсэлтэй 15 банкнаас "Рио Тинто” компани нийт гурван тэрбум ам.долларын зээлийн баталгаа гаргуулаад байгаа юм.

 

Энэхүү баримт бичиг энэ оны гуравдугаар сарын 31 хүртэл хүчинтэй байх ажээ. Энэ хугацаанаас өмнө хувь нийлүүлэгчдийн хоорондын асуудлуудыг шийдвэрлэж "Оюу Толгой”-н шинэчилсэн ТЭЗҮ-ийг бүх хувь нийлүүлэгчид болон Монголын Эрдэс баялгийн зөвлөлөөр батлуулах шаардлагатай байгаа юм. Мөн төслийн санхүүжилтийн талаар тохиролцоонд хүрэх, бүтээн байгуулалтад шаардагдах зөвшөөрлүүдийг авах зэрэг хэд хэдэн асуудлыг шийдвэрлэх шаардлагатай байгааг "Turquoise Hill Resources” компанийн мэдэгдэлд дурджээ.
