Налайх дүүргийн цэвэр усны асуудал хүндэрсээр байна

Ус сувгийн удирдах газраас Налайх дүүргийн цэвэр усны хангамжийг тодорхойгүй хугацаагаар зогсоох шийдвэр гаргаснаа өнгөрсөн оны 12 сарын дунд үеэр мэдэгдэж байсан.

Учир нь, Налайх дүүргийн долоон хороог цэвэр усаар хангадаг "Чандмань Налайх” Нийслэлийн өмчит үйлчилгээний газар УСУГ-т нэг тэрбум орчим төгрөгийн өртэй бөгөөд 2003 оноос хойш хуримтлагдсан уг өрийг барагдуулахгүй удаж байгаа аж. Тиймээс УСУГ-аас Налайх дүүргийн долоон хороонд цэвэр усны хангамж нийлүүлэхээс татгалзсан юм.

Дээрх шийдвэрийн дагуу цэвэр усны хангамжийг хоёр өдрийн турш тасалсан хэдий ч иргэдийн ая тухтай амьдрах орчинг бодолцон, эргэн нийлүүлж эхэлсэн аж. Гэсэн хэдий ч налайх дүүргийн цэвэр усны хангамжийг тодорой түвшинд хязгаарлах арга хэмжээ авч байгаагийн улмаас тус дүүргийн иргэд ундны усны хомсдолд ороод байна.

УСУГ-ын газрын зүгээс Чандмань Налайх” Нийслэлийн өмчит үйлчилгээний газрыг өрөө яаралтай барагдуулахгүй бол шүүхэд шилжүүлэхээ мэдэгдсэн бол уг газраас өрийг барагдуулах боломжгүй талаар мөн мэдэгдэл гаргасан аж.

Уг хоёр байгууллага хоорондын өрийн асуудлаас үүдэн, хэрэглэсэн усныхаа төлбөрийг цаг тухайд нь төлдөг ард иргэд хохирч, өдөр тутмын усны хэрэгцээгээ авч чадахгүйд хүрээд байна. Энэ асуудлыг 01 сарын 16-нд Нийслэлийн удирдлагын зөвлөл хуралдаанаар хэлэлцэх аж.
