“Оюутолгой” компани 440 тэрбум төгрөгийг төсөвт оруулах уу?

Оюутолгойн орд газраас өнгөрсөн онд 260 мянган тонн зэсийн баяжмал олборлосон мөртлөө экспортод 70 мянган тонныг л гаргажээ. Өөрөөр хэлбэл, борлуулалтаа бүрэн хийж чадаагүй гэсэн үг. Одоо олборлосон нэг хэсэг зэсийн баяжмал нь Оюутолгойн агуулахдаа дараастай, нөгөө хэсэг нь Монгол-Хятадын хил дээр арилжаалагдаагүй байгаа аж. Өнгөрсөн онд "Эрдэнэт" үйлдвэр хамгийн өндөр буюу 362 тэрбум төгрөгийн татварын орлого бурдүүлсэн буюу үүргээ хангалттай гүйцэтгэсэн билээ. Удаад нь "Оюутолгой" компани 87 тэрбум төгрөг л оруулжээ.

Харин энэ жил гэрээнд нэмэлт өөрчлөлт оруулан төсөвт 440 тэрбум төгрөгийн татварын орлого бүрдүүлнэ гэж байгаа. Үүнээс гадна "Үйл ажиллагааны хөрөнгө оруулалт, далд уурхайн санхүүжилт гээд манай улсын эдийн засагт дор хаяж гурван тэрбум ам.долларын урсгал орж ирнэ. Энэ бол манайх шиг 10 тэрбум ам.долларын эдийн засагтай оронд том тоо. Хэрэв дээрх мөнгө бодитой худалдан авалт болбол НӨАТ, ханган нийлүүлэгчдээр дамжуулаад эдийн засагт шингэнэ" гэж Уул уурхайн яамны Стратегайн бодлого, төлөвлөлтийн газрын дарга, "Оюутолгой" компанийн ТУЗ-ийн гишүүн Ч.Отгочулуу саяхан цахим хэвлэлд ярилцлага өгчээ.

Мөн "Оюутолгой"-гоос таван хувийн роялти авлаа ч өмнөх Засгийн газрын үед зээлсэн 250 сая ам.долларын өрөндөө өгнө. Тиймээс "Оюутолгой"-гоос авах татвар нь өрөндөө явчихна гэж зарим нь үзэж байна.
