Түүнчлэн нийт 400 хүний ажлын байр шинээр бий болохоос гадна улсын төсөвт 3.3 их наяд төгрөгийг хураамж болон татвар хэлбэрээр оруулах тооцоо гарсан байна.

Харин үйлдвэрийн хөрөнгө оруулалтад нийт гурван их наяд гаруй төгрөг шаардлагатай бөгөөд зардлаа эргэн төлөх хугацааг 9.3 жил гэж тооцоолжээ.
